Terms of use

The website ikurtuves.lt (“įkurtuvės”) is provided by MB BustoRadar, small partnership (mažoji bendrija), legal entity code 307633577 (Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania), registered office Vytenio g. 15-78, LT-03111 Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: labas@ikurtuves.lt. We have no office for visitors – write to us by email. Version v0.1, 2026-10-07. This is the initial version of the terms – we will still be refining it.

What we do

We show available flats in new developments in Vilnius based on your answers, calculate an indicative fit-out estimate, show products from shops selling in Lithuania and, if you ask us to, select up to 3 contractors and pass your request to the ones you approve. Using the website is free for you.

What we don't do

We don't sell flats, products or work, and we are not a party to your contract with a developer, shop or contractor. We are not a credit intermediary and don't give loan recommendations: bank links and calculations are indicative only, not an offer. The value score, estimates, price estimates (“≈”) and future scenarios are our calculations based on published assumptions – not an offer and not a guarantee; the final price is set by the developer, shop or contractor.

Where the data comes from

Flat prices and availability come from developers' websites; product prices including VAT come from shops' websites on the day we checked them (we don't show prices older than 14 days); surroundings come from OpenStreetMap. The data may be delayed or inaccurate – check with the seller before you decide. If you spot an error, write to labas@ikurtuves.lt and we'll fix it. Requests to contractors

We name up to 3 vetted companies (name and company code) and pass your contact details only to the ones you approve. You sign the contract directly with the contractor at your own discretion; the contractor is responsible for the work, price, deadlines and guarantee. Your rights are explained on the page “Your rights with a contractor”. During the pilot, contractors don't pay us; if that changes, we will say so here and next to the request form.

Liability

We try to keep the data accurate, but we don't guarantee that the website will work without errors or without interruption. We are not liable for the actions of developers, shops, banks and contractors, for your contracts with them or for the data they provide. Our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for damage to health or life, is not limited; these terms don't restrict the consumer rights the law gives you.

Your obligations

Give true details, don't send requests in someone else's name, and don't use the website for automated data collection or to infringe other people's rights. In case of abuse we may reject your request and restrict access – we will let you know at the email address you gave.

Personal data

How we handle it is explained on the page “How we handle your data”. By sending a request you provide us with your personal data, so the protection of consumer contracts also applies to you (Article 6.228³ of the Civil Code).

Notices and contact

About inaccurate or unlawful content (e.g. a wrongly named company, someone else's photos), write to labas@ikurtuves.lt – give the address (URL), an explanation and your contact details; we will reply within 10 working days and tell you our decision (for requests about personal data – within 30 days, as stated on the page “How we handle your data”). The same address is our single point of contact for authorities and users; languages – Lithuanian and English.

Disputes

First write to us; we will reply within 14 days. If we can't agree, you can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT; A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt) – it handles consumer disputes out of court and free of charge – or to the court. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies.

Changes

We may change these terms; the new version with its date is published here, and we will announce material changes on the website 14 days in advance. A request you have sent is governed by the version in force on the day you sent it.
