For partners: how we handle your data

What data we process
Your company's name, legal form, code, line of business, registered and operating address, website, general email and phone, number of employees, public tax and social-insurance debt data, the certificate and insurance details you give us, and our correspondence. For contact persons – only the name, position and work contacts that you provided or that are publicly available.
Where we get it
From the Register of Legal Entities, open data of Sodra and the State Tax Inspectorate, your website and business directories, from clients or developers who recommended you, and from your application.
Why and on what basis
To find reliable fit-out companies for buyers' requests and offer cooperation – legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). To consider your application and conclude and perform a contract – Art. 6(1)(b). To check a company before offering it to buyers – legitimate interest in protecting buyers. We send news about the service only with consent.
Who sees the data
A buyer to whom we suggest you sees your company's name, code and contact. On our behalf, data is processed by the mailbox provider Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus) and the email delivery service “Resend” (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA; transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses). We keep the list of companies on our own devices (if we move it to a spreadsheet service, we will name the provider here); the website server is provided by Scaleway SAS (France), data centre in Warsaw (Poland, EU).
How long we keep it
Contacts of companies that didn't reply or didn't become partners – 12 months from the last contact. If you asked us not to contact you again – only what we need to honour that: the company code, the channel, a hash of the contact (not the address itself) and the date. Consent records – while we rely on them and for 3 more years. Partner data – for the term of the contract and 3 years after it.
Your rights
You can OBJECT at any time to receiving offers from us – reply “NESIŲSTI” (do not send) to the email or write to labas@ikurtuves.lt, and we will not write or call again. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, withdraw consent and complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt). We reply within 30 days.
